Westlake​

Westlake is a central Los Angeles neighborhood recognized for its vibrant Central and South American community.  Primely located in the center of everything, Westlake sits burrowed between Echo Park, Koreatown, DTLA, Silver Lake, and Pico-Union. 

Westlake has a reputation of being a densely populated neighborhood, yet that has not stopped it from being on the brink of gentrification in recent times.  This is partly due to the ease of access for residents looking to commute to DTLA as well as a more recent influx of younger creative types looking for a different living experience. 

Residents and visitors alike can take a drive down Alvarado Boulevard to grab a bite to eat at many different local fast casual eateries.  If something more relaxing and outdoorsy sounds more appealing, a quick hop over to MacArthur Park provides all the nature desired in an otherwise urban and bustling neighborhood.
