Highland Park is a northeast Los Angeles neighborhood with historic significance and otherworldly charm.  Bordered by Pasadena, Eagle Rock, Mount Washington, and Montecito Heights; Highland Park rose up as one of the first subdivisions in Los Angeles.

Historic craftsman homes coupled with renovated modern residences line the streets of Highland Park and contribute to a neighborhood like no other.  This particular architectural aesthetic, coupled with relatively lower rents, has attributed to a continuous influx of younger creatives over recent years.

This very influx is only heightened due to the fact that the Metro Rail Gold Line runs directly through Highland Park, providing easy access to the rest of Los Angeles.  With that said, even though access to other Los Angeles neighborhoods is seamless, there is still plenty to experience right in Highland Park.

Venture over to York Blvd and Figueroa St and you will be greeted with stylish shopping boutiques, trendy art galleries, and hip eateries.
