As we enter the final week of the year, I just wanted to take a moment to wish you and your family a holiday season of joy, peace, and cherished time with your loved ones. I am so grateful for each and every person I cross paths with in my business. Each relationship and each escrow is a chance to make a difference in someone's life and the trajectory of their family. I take my role very seriously, and truly enjoy helping people build generational wealth. And now that the twins have graduated college and are licensed realtors, working together as a family is even more fun and purposeful.
I remember my first year as a multifamily realtor I had just a few clients I had met from cold calling. I handmade Christmas cookies and treats, and brought the twins with me to hand deliver them to each client. They were in kindergarten then, and they have been unknowingly shadowing us ever since (just like Joaquin does now too). While my business has thankfully grown over the past 18 years, our passion, gratitude, and respect for our clients remains the same.
Charlie and I are incredibly excited for all the new year has in store for us, but for now - Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and Happy Holidays!
