The Los Angeles Rental Owners Collaborative (LROC) is a new philanthropic program backed by the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg & his wife Priscilla Chan) that aims to provide local rental owners in South Los Angeles with:
Rental relief grants to off-set rental income loss
Financial consulting and coaching
Connections to local, state, and federal relief programs
Access to resources that can help add value and/or reduce costs and increase profitability over time, so you can maintain your assets for years to come.

By providing a direct cash flow of $5 million to South LA Landlords impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, the initiative aims to ensure that wealth is built within the community, properties remain locally owned, and affordability to locals.
